the staff was friendly. they helped with our luggage on arrival. the location is close to the pantheon. my family enjoyed the spacious suite we booked. the rooms were also clean on arrival.

I noticed limited space for clothing storage. My wife kept some clothes in her luggage.

the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and pastries. attentive staff served the best cappuccinos. the rooms had beautiful architectural details and very nice HIGH ceilings.

the elevator was not working at times. getting to the room required navigating a winding corridor with steps. it was quite a hassle!
